Your personal data is retained for as long as required by the purposes of processing and considering the minimum retention periods prescribed by legislation (legal practice legislation, tax legislation, commercial legislation, etc.). When the purpose of processing ceases and the legal retention periods expire, your personal data is deleted, destroyed or anonymised.

We respond to your application free of charge within the period prescribed by KVKK. Where the nature of the request requires an additional cost, a fee may be charged in accordance with the tariff set by the Personal Data Protection Authority. If your request is rejected or the response is insufficient, you may file a complaint with the Personal Data Protection Authority.

11. Data Security

We implement reasonable administrative and technical security measures to protect your personal data against unauthorised access, alteration, disclosure or destruction. These measures include access control, encryption, secure storage, employee confidentiality obligations and regular security audits. However, no data transmitted over the internet can be guaranteed to be 100% secure.

12. Children's Data
