How we work

For citizenship-by-investment applications, the first step is choosing the channel best suited to the client's profile and goals. For the real-estate route, military-zone inquiry, valuation coordination, and obtaining the conformity certificate are critical milestones. After documents (apostille, translation, birth and criminal records) are fully prepared, the Provincial Civil Registry and Presidential decision phases follow. The process typically takes 6–12 months; spouse and minor-child applications can be filed under the same file.

Frequently asked questions

Will I lose my current citizenship after acquiring Turkish citizenship?+
Turkey permits dual citizenship, but whether your current citizenship is retained is governed by the law of your home country. Some states allow a second citizenship; others impose automatic loss. This matter must be assessed before the application.
Can I sell the property used for citizenship straight away?+
No. The property forming the basis of citizenship is subject to a non-disposal undertaking for a defined period. Breach of this undertaking is a serious legal consequence that can lead to revocation of citizenship. After the period, the property may be freely sold.
What can be done if a citizenship application is refused?+
You may bring administrative proceedings within the statutory deadline. Depending on the reason for refusal, a fresh application may be filed after correcting deficiencies; a clear strategy is needed to avoid the same grounds being raised again.
